Since the beginning of the year Student Health Services has had the privilege to consult with Beth Henry. Beth has helped us with a customer service improvement program entitled Superior Helpful Service.

The program itself has been an enormous success for our entire department. The program gave our employees clear direction and opportunities to improve areas of customer service. In addition, our employees have been empowered to make positive changes and contributions to our department as a result of the Superior Helpful Service Program. As a result, there have already been many improvements that have been made, and there are current plans for more improvements to customer service.
