Beth Henry

Blending a unique style of creativity, insight and humor about generational diversity in organizations, Beth helps clients create the best and most profitable workplaces. She is owner of Generation Works, a company that focuses on generational issues in the workplace. As a speaker, consultant and writer she helps create workplaces where people of all generations want to be.

Beth graduated from the University of Buffalo with a Masters degree in Community Mental Health.She is board certified in Professional Development and held an adjunct faculty appointment at Cornell University School of Industrial Labor Relations. In 2007, she was awarded the nationally acclaimed BridgeBuilder certification as a facilitator in generational topics.

A special interest in creative problem solving led Beth to earn a graduate certificate from the internationally recognized Creative Problem Solving Institute. She challenges audiences from healthcare, corporations, and the public sector to search for opportunities to improve and to engage in “solution finding!”

As a member of the National Speakers Association, the American Society of Training and Development, the Society for Human Resource Management and National Nurses in Staff Development, Beth is actively involved in professional development. Beth is the Past president of the Niagara Frontier Chapter of the American Society of Training and Development as well as the past president and co-founder of the first virtual National Speakers Association International Chapter with close to 1,000 members! Her dedicated work to the National Speakers Association lead to being awarded the Heart of NSA Past Chapter President recognition for service and she was awarded the NSA Chapter member of the year award.

Beth’s expertise on generational issues is professional and very “relative”. Home life is filled with a nostalgic Traditionalist, a peace loving Baby Boomer, a career focused Gen Xer and a few undecided Millennials. With sensitivity, humor and the ability to identify solutions, Beth always focuses on the strengths of each generation.
